  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order items may take 5–7 business days to process.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and to select international locations.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to local courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and location.
    Free shipping may be available on select orders or during promotions.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order anytime by contacting us.

6. Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed or you experience any issues with shipping, please reach out to us promptly. We will coordinate with our courier partners to assist you.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
