Return & Exchange Policy

At Pehrawani Paridhan, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or customized/stitched garments are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at shrikrishanc21@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, please send items back to the following address via a trackable shipping service.

📦 Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment or issued as store credit.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues or damaged items (upon delivery).
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or offer a similar replacement.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shrikrishanc21@gmail.com.

  • Share clear photos showing the issue.

  • We’ll replace it at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

6. Important Notes

  • Items sent without prior approval or outside the return window may not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
